Artists and Workshops!
Wondering where to go or who to contact to create unique artwork for your home or business? Maybe your group wants to have a team building activity or get together for some fun? The following list participants either provide a place for you to create it yourself or they can be contracted on a commission to perform the work for you.

Located in Tuscaloosa, this is a gym for hobby enthusiasts. Woodworking, metal working, stained glass, 3D Printing, painting, and many, many other options. They provide the equipment and you provide the talent. Memberships, classes, or 1-day passes are available.

Mercedes provides a wide variety of options for commission.

A nonprofit formed to support the arts through education and exhibits at the Art House and in other venues and events in our community. The Art House hosts monthly receptions, offers various workshops and rotates new exhibits about every two months. The Art House is free and open to the public.

This gentleman started painting graffiti, appeared on America’s Got Talent, and has gone on to be an internationally recognized artist. I met him a number of years ago, and he is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. His attire is the key to recognizing him. Check out his artwork on his page.

Backcountry & Beyond was founded in 2018 by Jeff Moose and DeWitt Brown as a way to bring their favorite outdoor brands to the Salisbury, NC market and beyond.
From skiing out west and up north, from triathlons to marathons, to cycling events through the mountains, they both have a passion for the outdoors and the products that they have found enhance those outdoor experiences.
